The second of two new pool facilities for the City of Marshalltown, the Community Y is located adjacent to an outdoor aquatic center and features two indoor pools and a spa. The competition pool has eight 25 yard lanes and two one-meter diving boards. The leisure pool includes a water slide, a steamboat water slide and frog water play structure, a faux wooden bridge that separates the water slide area from the shallow water and two 60 feet lap lanes. The facility also has a small spa pool next to the leisure pool that can accommodate up to 17 people.
