Construction Administration Services
 Our staff is
able to provide a full complement of construction administration services for your
aquatic project, to ensure the successful completion of your pool.
Our project managers begin the construction process with a pre-construction meeting
to discuss the entire project, with the purpose of answering questions and communicating
the process and expectations to the contractor.
After construction begins, we believe site visits are the key to controlling quality,
and we will visit the facility at major stages to review current progress and preview
upcoming work with the construction crew. Our efforts will be aimed at helping the
contractor perform their work right the first time, in order to keep the project
on-time and on-budget.
Other standard services during this phase include pay request reviews, shop drawing reviews, material test reviews, and more.
