The City of Blue Springs has hired Water’s Edge Aquatic Design to conduct an aquatic feasibility study.  Their goal will be to develop a comprehensive written report that identifies options to satisfy the community’s aquatic needs, interests, and demands.  As a part of the study, Water's Edge Aquatic Design will evaluate the existing indoor/outdoor aquatic facility and its location; gather community input through focus group meetings, a citizen survey, and public meetings; and develop necessary concept plans.

• Review pool history and available planning documents
